WASHINGTON, DC – Congressman Tom Reed (R, Corning) has introduced a bill entitled the “Defend Private Property Act”. Reed says the legislation, if passed, would compensate those who wanted hydro-fracking to be done on their property, but cannot have fracking because of the recent state ban.
