ALLEGANY COUNTY, NY – Remember the kidnapping case that happened, back in November? An Allegany County Town of Cuba man kidnapped two women. The kidnapping happened in Alfred and led to a police chase, that went all the way down into Pennsvylania.
The Wellsville Regional News page reports that the kidnapping suspect, Steven Cox, was convicted and sentenced to 10 years in state prison.
