Mayor Buckley thanked the Lieutenant Governor for making what he noted was “a large, impactful investment” and called the Downtown Revitalization Initiative a “game changer” for Hornell.
The Mayor says the City of Hornell will administrate its funds through the city and state as part of a process and set schedule to determine where the money will be allocated. Buckley said an announcement of the process and how the money will specifically be invested will be coming in the next few weeks.
