From State Police:
On December 2, 2021, the New York State Police in Bath announce the arrest of Christian J. Zschoche, 29 years old of Hornell, NY, for Promoting Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child less than 17 and Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child.
Zschoche was processed and remanded to the Steuben County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
