CANISTEO, NY – Canisteo Police Chief Kyle Amidon reports that Travis Carlton, 24, Stephens Street, Hornell, is charged with Burglary in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny. Carlton is alleged to have broken into a Canisteo residence and stolen money. He was issued appearance tickets to appear in Canisteo Court at a later date.
