JASPER, NY – State Police have charged 23 year old Bethany Leach of Jasper, a Jasper Troupsburg Central employee, for allegedly exchanging nude photos with a JT student who was under age.
Troopers say that Bethany Leach was a teacher’s aide at the time of the exchanges on Facebook and Snapchat, though officials also say that Leach had no physical contact with the student.
