Randy Weaver was originally a Democrat, and because of a petition error, Weaver is running as an Independent, for Steuben County Legislature, on the For the People Party, with the full backing of the Democratic Party.

First Ward Melissa Ponticello, incumbent
Second Ward: Jeffery Brown, incumbent
Third Ward: John Allison, new to politics, running for an open seat, Joe McKay, is not running for re-election.
Fourth Ward: Richard Argentieri, incumbent
Seventh Ward: Fred Lehman, incumbent
Ninth Ward: Ronald Nasca, running the second time for this seat.
Tenth Ward: John Carbone, incumbent, Local Business Man
