CANISTEO, NY – The Canisteo Village Police Department arrested a 15 year old Canisteo youth for allegedly selling prescription drugs to someone. The charge against the teen, is a class D Felony count of 5th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
This arrest stemmed from a juvenile attempting to sell prescription drugs to another person.
The 15 year old will answer to the charge in family court.
