Naples Village Trustee Accused of Impersonating Police Officer

NAPLES, NY – NBC WHEC Rochester is reporting that a Naples Village Trustee named Paul Gullo, was removed from being Naples deputy mayor, after charges from the Rochester Police Department that Gullo attended the funeral of Rochester Police Officer Daryl Pierson on Thursday, September 11th.   Gullo is accused of impersonating a police officer at the funeral.

WHEC reports that Gullo’s attorney James Doyle says the charges are ridiculous and ironic, and that Doyle says he cannot understand why someone from Naples could not have legitimacy.
