ALBANY, NY – Assemblyman Phil Palmesano says that the vote on the full Assembly floor, to give drivers licenses to undocumented/illegal immigrants, could come as soon as next week. It’s expected that with the Democrats having full control of the state legislature, that this will pass in both the State Senate and Assembly, and be signed by the governor.
