HORNELL, NY – Steuben County Legislator, Hornell Democrat Randy Weaver, his petition was successfully challenged by Hornell Republican Mike Palmesano, who pointed out errors on Weaver’s petition.
Weaver not be able to run as a Democrat, but again, will run as an Independent.
This is the second time that Weaver has had petition objections made against him.
He faces opposition in the county lawmakers race, from Hornell Republican, Paul Van Caeseelle.
