HORNELL, NY – There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at the ARC of Steuben today, at 3:30pm at 44 Seneca St, Hornell (the old Home Video location).
Mayor Shawn Hogan, Jim Griffin, and John Buckley will be in attendance along with ARC of Steuben officials.
