CANISTEO, NY – School children on Friday went to visit to the Moss-VanWie DairyFarm in Canisteo for Farm-City Day. That is an event sponsored by the Steuben County Cornell Cooperative Extension. The children toured the the 60-plus-year-old farm, the popular corn maze and new attractions and exhibits. Friday’s tour was the second day set aside for school children, with hundreds of kids also touring the farm Thursday.
Farm-City Day continues from 10am – 3 pm Saturday, September 26th.
The farm is located at 5381 State Route 36, Canisteo.
