Two Hornell Area Residents Are Accused of Selling Heroin

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police Investigator Tom Aini reports that two area residents, Dylan Outman, 26, Hornell, and Theresa Latham, 27, Hornellsville, were arrested on drug charges, after a pullover on Seneca Street, just before the 6pm hour on Thursday. Hornell Police say that there were 70 baggies of heroin inside the vehicle.

Outman and Latham are both charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, third degree. Outman is also charged with being in violation of parole. Both were sent to Steuben County Jail, after being arraigned in Hornell City Court.

Investigator Aini led the investigation, with assistance from Police Chief Ted Murray, Hornell Police Officers Stuart McHenry, Steve Hanrahan and Dan Murray. Hornell Police were also assisted by members of the State Police and State Parole office.
