HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police report that two Hornell women have been charged, because of a fatal overdose that happened some weeks ago.
Arrested were: Susan Cook, 64, of 199 East Avenue, who is charged with first-degree reckless endangerment.
Rebecca J. Converso, of 244 Main St. Hornell, was charged with fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and first-degree reckless endangerment.
