BATH, NY – Officials with the Steuben County Board of Elections report that the counting’s been done for the races that were, up until Friday, unfinished races in the Steuben County Town of Hartsville.
John Bowles won the town supervisor’s race, Lee Woodworth won the town board seat, Jessica Henderson won the town clerk’s race, and Tom DeWall won the town highway superintendents position. Buddy Gettman was the winner of the Hartsville Town Justice race.
