HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police, with the Steuben County District Attorney’s Office Drug Initiative, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police, have charged the following suspects, in what’s being called Operation Spring Break:
Tanya Hoad (aka Smith) 38 years old, 109 Elm Street Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree.
Heather Wood, 30 years old, 28 Armory Place Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree (2 counts of each), and endangering the welfare of a child.
Brittnay Holland, (aka Cavalier) 23 years old, 79 Washington Street, Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, 4th degree.
David Negron, 34 years old, 28 Armory Place Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th degree.
Kimberly Gilmore, 57 years old, 117 Seneca Street Lower Apt, Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
Penny Murphy (Palliser) 57 years old, 13 Preston Street Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
Shaquille Manners, 26 years old, Greene Correctional Facility, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree.
Gregory Little, 36 years old, 20 Maple Street Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
Tabitha Remcheck, 63 years old, 191 Madison Avenue Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th degree.
Merle Mead, 54 years old, 32 Bennett Street Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th degree.
Shirley Ribble, 32 Bennett Street Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 4th degree.
Marcia Sullivan, 54 years old, 117 Seneca Street Hornell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree.
Joshua Withrow, 31 years old, Steuben County Jail, Criminally Negligent Homicide.
