HORNELL, NY – Hornell Mayor John Buckley says that 179 Madison Avenue Hornell has been purchased (city hall bought it from the Steuben County Landbank). The grand total: exactly $1.00 The plans are for the house to be demolished. A new BOCES house will be built st that location. Work on that has already begun.
