HORNELL, NY – Hornell GOP mayoral candidate John Buckley is the winner of the three way mayors race, defeating Independent candidate John Lewis and Green Party candidate Joe Duffy. We’re told by those who have seen the tapes, that the vote count was like this:
Buckley – 866
Lewis – 695
Duffy – unknown.
