FREMONT, NY – North Hornell State Troopers pulled over Matthew Smith, 27, Dansville, during a routine traffic stop, and charged Smith with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th, Criminal Possession of Marijuana 2nd, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. According to state police, during the traffic stop it was found that Smith possessed approximately 20 ounces of alleged marijuana and a quantity of LSD. Smith was arraigned in the town of Bath court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail on $10,000/$20,000 bail.
