The Syracuse Post reports that a federal judge is Syracuse has a case before him, from an organization that’s asking him to overturn Governor Kathy Hochul’s new gun laws that went into effect this month. The new laws make it so you have to be 21 years old to own a semiautomatic.
The new Hochul gun laws also bans concealed carry handguns in movie theaters, churches, and other public places.
