WENY TV reports that there were 36 heroin overdoses in Northern PA in a 24 hour period in three counties: Bradford, Tioga and Lycoming. According to WENY, drug users believe that they are buying heroin, but officials say it is really a fentanyl or carefentanyl based substance, and could be lethal.
