HORNELL, NY – A 5 year old boy named Phoenix, who lives on North Main Street Ext in Hornell is celebrating his birthday today, and his family is having what they call a honk party, because of the Covid-19 situation, there’s no get together or birthday party.
So they’re asking people, if you drive by his house, honk your horn, the little boy lives at 7351 North Main Street Ext, Hornell.
