Pro-Life organizations in New York are urging state lawmakers and Gov. Andrew Cuomo to consider passing a bill similar to what passed last week in South Carolina.
The South Carolina House passed a measure that would prohibit abortions after 19 weeks when science has determined the baby in the womb can feel pain.
The Pain-Capable Unborn Protection Act passed last Wednesday 84-29 in the South Carolina House
