HORNELL NY – On Tuesday afternoon, the Mayor of Hornell presided over the swearing in of the newly elected alderman Jessica Cleveland (R) who will be representing the city’s sixth ward. Cleveland will be taking over the seat vacated by the departing Dan McManus.
