SAVONA, NY – State Comptroller Tom Dinapoli’s office and the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department worked on an investigation together, which resulted in the charging of Gregge Harrian, 50, who is accused of using a village government credit card for multiple unauthorized purchases, from 2013-2014.
Harrian was charged with a misdemeanor county of Official Misconduct, and issued an appearance ticket.
