Senator Chuck Schumer is trying to save Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville. Jones Memorial recently got a notice that they owe $400,000 to the CMS (Centers for Medicare and Medicaid), and Schumer maintains that the CMS is unfair and could leave Jones in the lurch. The senator wants the CMS to back off.
