ANDOVER, NY – State Police report that there was an ATV collision at Tall Pines ATV Park on Jones Road in the Town of Andover. The ATV rider was Charles E. Rienhart, 64 of Livonia, who troopers say was performing jumps on his ATV, when an accident happened. According to state police, Rienhart jumped a five foot dirt ramp and traveled approximately 25 feet before landing on his head. Rienhart was transported to Jones Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Officials say that he was wearing a full facial helmet.
