HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police report the arrest of Roland Stephens Jr., 38 years old, of Cass Street Hornell. Stephens is accused of having sexual contact with two young people who were under the age of consent. He is charged with rape in the 2nd degree (20 counts), sexual abuse in the 3rd deegree (9 counts), criminal sex act in the 3rd degree (4 counts) and criminal sex act in the 2nd degree. Stephens is now in Steuben County Jail. The investigation was led by Hornell Police Sgt. Ryan Harrison and Hornell Police Officer Emo.
