WHAM Radio Rochester reports that Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced that there will be a new factory in the Livingston County Town of York. The governor says that it will be a cheese factory called Western NY Cheese.
According to WhAM, the state is giving two million dollars to help get it off the ground.
