Another Delay In Getting Dakota Miller Case Started

February 25, 2017

BATH, NY – Dakota Miller is the suspect accused of causing the violent death of a baby in Hornell in November of 2015. Miller’s trial has been delayed more than once, most recently, this week.

Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker says that the primary DNA analyst in the case had to have an emergency medical procedure, and will be out of commission for 6 to 8 weeks. “So the case had been assigned to Judge Dennis, up in Ontario County, to come down for Judge Bradstreet for this trial” Baker told Wlea News.

Baker also says that there is no new date for the Dakota Miller trial.
