Steuben Co. D.A. Baker: Dakota Was Stone Cold When He Was Sentenced Today

BATH, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker tells WLEA News that Dakota Miller was “stone cold” this morning, when sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. Miller is the Hornell native who was convicted of the graphic murder of his girlfriend’s baby in late November, 2016. The D.A. said that Miller was the same while being questioned originally by police on the night of the baby Ian Maniskhuff.
