HORNELL, NY – Steuben County Legislative spokesperson Mary Perham says that the Hornell DMV is moving from the old location (Allen Street, near the Intermediate School) to a new office, near Maple City Bowl. The DMV will close their Allen Street office on September 19, and re-open at the new office at 7604 Seneca Street North, the next day.
