HORNELLSVILLE, NY – Former Hornell Department of Public Works Chief/Deputy Mayor, Dave Oakes is doing a write in campaign running for a vacant seat on the Hornellsville Town Board. That’s the seat that Hornellsville Supervisor Dan Broughton left open when Broughton became supervisor recently.
Oakes’s bio includes a master’s degree in community services administration, and degrees in civil engineering and business.
