BATH, NY – The unfinished race in Hornell’s 5th ward, the race between Democrat Andy Greeley and Republican Dan Warriner, where Warriner has been ahead of Greeley, 134-118, that race will be counted this morning at the Steuben County Elections Office. Also to be counted today are several unfinished Hartsville races, and the town board seat race in Hornellsville.
