HORNELL, NY – Hornell Industrial Development Agency Chairman Sam Nasca says that IDA consultant/treasurer Shawn Hogan is working with Corning area consultants, on plans for the Hornell High Speed Rail Center of Excellence. Nasca tells WLEA News that the center for excellence will be a training center for those who will work on high speed rail projects.
