HORNELL, NY – There is now a Go Fund Me dot page for long time Hornell Police Officer Jason Day’s legal defense. Officer Day is facing accusations of allegedly not handling evidence properly in a case several years ago. Officials say that the evidence in question were guns. District Attorney Brooks Baker went out of his way to say that Officer Day did not make money, sell the weapons or do anything corrupt.
