ROCHESTER, NY – Channel 13 WHAM Rochester reports that a company called Whole Foods, has filed a federal lawsuit against Assemblyman Joe Errigo, a lobbyist connected to Errigo’s bribery case, and 10 other individuals. Channel 13 reports that the $10,000 bribe which Errigo reportedly took, was so he could use his assembly position to block a project that Whole Foods wanted to see happen.
