HORNELL, NY – From Hornell City Clerk Barb Perrott:
Hornell City Offices will close at 12:00 pm on Monday, December 31, 2018 and be closed all day on Tuesday, January 1, 2019, for the New Year’s holiday.
Garbage collection will be delayed by one day the week of December 31 – January 4.
The Hornell Public Library will be closed Jan. 1 and reopen on January 2nd.
Hornell Area Transit buses will not run on Jan. 1st.
