BATH, NY – Bath Police Chief Chad Mullen reports that 50 bags of crack cocaine were seized, when a search warrant was executed by Bath Village Police. Brian Roman-Wagner, age 22, of 656 Emerson St., Rochester, NY and John Oneill, age 66, of 18 East William Street., Bath, were charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree a Class B Felony. Both were arraigned in Bath Village Court and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
