Assemblyman Phil Palmesano calls in to WLEA Radio, to voice his objections, to the idea of Governor Andrew Cuomo wanting the National Guard to take 20 percent of upstate New York State hospital’s ventilators. The governor announced that this would be happening, in his daily morning briefing in the 11am hour today.
From Assemblyman Phil Palmesano: “We’re trying to plead with this (Cuomo) Administration. It sounds like they’ve corrected the message throughout the day. Initially, it was unused ventilators. Then it became 10 percent. Now it’s 20 percent. What will it be tomorrow, 30 percent?”
