Details of the Incident: On Thursday April 9th, 2020 The Canisteo Village Police Department arrested an Arlene N. Wagner (Age 18) of Thatcher Street in Hornell, New York and Javion M. Isom (Age 19) of Wagner Hill Road in Avoca, New York. During the investigation officers located approximately over 31 grams of Concentrated Cannabis along with drug paraphernalia, vape cartridges and marijuana. Wagner was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Isom was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Both subjects were issued appearance tickets to appear back in Canisteo Village Court at later date and time.
