HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police report that after a routine traffic pullover in Hornell yesterday, Hornell police arrested Brooke A. Hayden, 26, of South Division Street, Hornell, Joshua J. Sick, 36, of Strobel Road, Arkport, and Barney May, 40, of Canisteo Street, Hornell.
The three were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia and one count each of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
