From The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department:
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on January 1, 2021, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kevin J. Tibbits, age 41, of Green Street, Canisteo, New York, and Nadine M. Tibbits, age 32, of Hawkes Avenue, Hornell, New York, following a report of a large fight and a weapons discharge. It is alleged that Mr. Tibbits caused physical injury to another person and violated a duly served order of protection while at a residence on County Route 68 in the Town of Hartsville, New York. It is also alleged that Ms. Tibbets struck another person. Mr. Tibbits was charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Ms. Tibbits was charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree. Mr. and Ms. Tibbits were both arraigned and released.
