As heard on Fox News Radio, that the state vaccine mandate has been temporarily blocked by a federal judge, the judge is Utica Federal Judge David Hurd, who is quoted as saying that the state has until next Wednesday to give a reason as to why the mandate is constitutitional.

Judge Hurd was appointed by President Bill Clinton and the judge is 84 years old.
