BELMONT, NY – County lawmakers in Allegany County, met in caucus and are recommending the following changes to Allegany Co gov’t: Phil Stockin as the new county legislative chairman, Brooke Harris as the new vice chairman, and Steve Havey as new majority leader.
If okayed by the county legislature, it would be a complete change from the current leadership.
