November 10, 2022

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police Chief Ted Murray says that within the last month, there has been a sharp increase in the amount of break-in’s, of buildings, storage facilities, construction sites and vehicles. The police chief also says, the police department has to keep releasing the suspects, due to the bail reform laws from Albany. Chief Murray is offering two solutions: one, there are more patrols out there on Hornell streets, and two, please call if you are the victim of a break-in.

Hornell Police 607-324-2860, or 9-1-1.
