We have identified a water main break on Elm St. The contractor is scheduled to repair the leak today, December 29th. Residents on Elm between 6th & 7th will experience a disruption in water during the repair. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Fri, Dec 29, 2023 – Power outage in the City of Hornell. Outage occurred at approximately 1:00am. The outage includes various streets north and south of the eastern portion of Main St. Officials say, the power came back on, at about 4:00am this morning.
