BATH, NY – The Bath Village Police Department reports that they got a call about someone who was in a parked car, asleep at the wheel in Bath. Officials say when they got there, in addition to finding a man asleep at the wheel, they found meth and a loaded AR-15.
The suspect, 53 year old Richard Clark from Virginia, is facing numerous charges, right now he’s being held in Steuben County Jail, without bail.
