Coming up at 2:00pm Saturday afternoon, there will be a dedication of the new statue of Clara Barton, that’ll be at Church Park on Clara Barton Street in Dansville.
The artist who created the statue is Dexter Benedict, of Penn Yan.
Dansville Mayor Barry Hayward says the Dansville community raised $100,147 for this project. Clara Barton was the founder of the American Red Cross.
